Way of Righteousness radio series

The Way of Righteousness radio series is a series of 100 fifteen minute lessons which present the gospel chronologically as it is found throughout all the Scriptures, beginning in Genesis chapter 1. It was originally written in Wolof, then translated into English. From the English translation it has now been translated into numerous other languages. The text of the Wolof, English and French versions are available in Online Bible format. Users can open different language versions of the Way of Righteousness series in separate windows and therefore compare them — a very useful exercise for Wolof language learners or those seeking to better understand the Wolof. In all three modules each lesson is linked to the equivalent lesson in the other languages and a Wolof audio file of the radio lesson. The meanings of any words in the Wolof text that are found in the NT Wolof-English lexicon can be brought up in a window. In the future it is planned to add all words in the Wolof text to the lexicon.

Note that the English version was revised after translation, therefore it (and by consequence, the French also) does not correspond exactly in places with the Wolof text. A further 50 lessons added to the original 100 lessons in Wolof are included. These have not yet been translated into English or French. The Wolof audio files of the radio lessons are only available on CD or DVD and not available for download from this site.

I was also want to publically thank Larry Pierce, author of Online Bible, for making such a wonderful program available to the public completely free of charge. He has been of invaluable help on many occasions as I have prepared the modules in Wolof solving compilation problems brought about by the use of a foreign language with its own special font and font mapping.

At the start of 2005 a major upgrade of Online Bible was introduced as version 2. Modules compiled with version 2 or later are not compatible with previous versions. You can obtain the latest versions of the program Online Bible at:
